2011 brought with it numerous changes to Metra. Corporate restructuring and multiple retirements have brought much opportunity and a chance to develop a new corporate vision. CEO, Alex Clifford has taken the agency in a positive direction by executing leadership and engaging employees at all levels to participate in an organizational transformation. Metra has a bright future.

Cons

Advancing in an unfinished process of modernization during hard economic times has its challenges. None-the-less, Metra is moving forward and in the right direction.
