Had good leadership, overall good environment, seemed dedicated to employees.

Cons

Often worked past 5pm but they were flexible with arrival time or comp time, which was worth it!

This is a family oriented company where you are treated with respect and your professional skills are valued. The interview process was very well organized and conducted in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone who doesn't want to work in the typical corporate environment and appreciates a good Work/Life balance.
