      Pros

      Managers were great and accommodating and worked well with my college class schedules. I enjoyed the occasionally fast paced (but usually calm) environment.

      Cons

      Being a contractor for the FDOT, there wasn't a strong association with the corporate office and that meant upwards movement was limited.

      Excellent opportunities for growth. Company promotes growth from within and provides excellent opportunities to enhance career.

      Could benefit a bit more from additional trainings, but they are always willing to listen and enhance those.
