      Pros

      Family friendly environment with great leadership. Working on some very cool projects with great mentorship. Experienced engineers take time to teach and mentor.

      Cons

      Sometimes works or requests comes in waves and may require putting some extra time but leadership does a very good job making sure that doesn’t happen too often.
