Because of my previous experience in design the manager didn't really know alot. Which was disappointing because the whole time I was there it didn't feel like I was growing as a designer. While I was in furlough, because of COVID-19, my position was terminated. When I asked for the reason they had told me they didn't like the way I had worked, that I constantly didn't act the way they wanted to whenever I worked, but I still did the work plus alot more to upgrade their digital marketing, and they didn't care how good they're stuff looked. They just cared that I worked in a certain way. As a designer I would say if you have the experience like I do, don't go here. They will terminate you no matter how hard you work. They also don't care about their employees, they are worse than Wal Mart.
