*Schedule 5 on 5 off rotating days and nights every 3 work weeks. *Company paid healthcare or 5k if opt out *OJT training paid @ $21.60/ hour. Once signed off salary is 50K *Roughly undisturbed work place *Management cares what happens.

Cons

*10 hour shifts with high attention to detail needed throughout *high workload during fair weather days *poor upward progression *will work holidays *no guaranteed breaks *poor communication between teams
