Where do I start:
- Rude and condescending management
- Low pay, people in close areas were getting paid more to do the same job. Likewise, quite a few of my coworkers needed to work multiple job and were still on welfare. It's sad.
- Rigid schedule. The job markets itself as very flexible, and that's true in the beginning. However, as time progresses, things change drastically. You have to ask the VERY TOP of upper management to leave home early for emergencies. Leaving early too many times can get you fired.
- Having to ask a manager to use the bathroom. If you leave your position, they send a team of people to look for you. You can be denied using the bathroom.
- Micromanagement. Having to ask a higher up if you can move ONE TABLE OVER because it would be easier to check-in guests. Really anything you can think of you have to ask: bathroom, break, lunch, moving a table over, if you can get some water. LITERALLY ANYTHING
- They will try to get you in trouble for literally anything. Late by 3 minutes because you had to use the bathroom? Well, that's a write up.
- They will try to pay you less than what you're entitled to.
