      Secure positions (hard to get fired!), generally light work load

      Cons

      A general strive for mediocrity, management seems to promote less-qualified and less "threatening" candidates, many are promoted well beyond their capabilities

      I love all the people I work with. My schedule is 8-5 M-F, but they're are very flexible and I can take off whenever I need - I just won't get paid for those hours.
