      Pros

      Great enviornment and great pay. Busses are maintained on a regular basis so you're not always breaking out the torch.

      Cons

      Fleet maintenance can be quite an adjustment if you're used to a dealership environment.

      Pros

      You get to interact with new people and drive all over the metro areas of St. Louis city and county. The starting pay is pretty decent as well for new drivers and senior drivers. the work environment is pleasant.

      Cons

      The work vans are not properly maintained and it is hard to get the equipment needed all the time. There are hardly any breaks due to the routes being really tight.
