      Low Stress, 4 Day Work Week Providing Meaningful Service to the Community Fed meals quite often Interesting work, always learning Job Security - Work is guaranteed Honestly thought this job was going to suck because of all the poop, but its surprisingly pretty nice

      Pros

      Metro cares about being a great place to work. They pay well for professional positions. They do a lot to help the community’s water needs by recovering water and nutrient resources.

      Cons

      They are now making strides to improve technology and business tools to make work easier but they’re not quite there yet. Some resistance to change exists. Pay for front line workers isn’t great…at least as of NOV of 2022.
