Really strong work-life balance, Remote work options, 4-day week, no travel required, Good pay raises (2021 Avg. 5%!), Growth opportunities, No layoffs or unpaid furloughs during covid, surrounded by good people who know their stuff

Great environment/work culture, great benefits, 4day workweek, standard water quality testing, ability to work with water quality team in the field

Cons

Poor annual pay raises. After years of working there I was not making much more than the incoming new hires with less experience. Also difficult to move up or career advancements
