      Pros

      It's A job. I thought my last job was ludicrous, this job might be comparable to slave diamond mines in Africa.

      Cons

      To many supervisors & engineers who have no clue how to manage employees, jobs, and obviously have no concept of reality. There's more dollar waste than turd waste running through this plant. Tax payers need to demand a full audit here, find out who & how many pockets are getting lined!

      Pros

      As long as the metro area exists, there will be a need for treatment. If one doesn't mind being in a slow march toward a secure retirement, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      Opportunities to move up the ladder are virtually nonexistent. Most people just move laterally to another department.
