Supportive upper management that always tries to put its employees first, even though this can be difficult as a public hospital system. They really try their best.

As mentioned, there are certain pains that come with working in any public health system. We work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment where learning takes place each day and no two projects/cases/etc will be the same.
