City benefits are good if you are seeking long term employment

Cons

Productivity outreaches are hard. Sometimes you have to place calls for things that don’t necessary involve direct care and are making calls for the sake of getting those productivity levels up. There is expectation of roughly 3-4 hours of phone calls. I know this varies from different department but be mindful that there are certain expectations when you take this role.

Team doesn’t really work as a team. Feels like you’re being watched like a hawk. A lot of the workers aren’t doing their jobs and are just getting by.
