The pay was really good. Some kf my colleagues were nice to work with.

Cons

This place, unfortunately, is extremely toxic when it comes to management. It always feels like the work you do is not good enough and they always will find something to complain about. Priorities are always shifting and there is not a clear direction on what is required of you. When asked for feedback they will ignore you until you are put on a performance improvement plan or if you quit. Caution moving forward. Turn over is constant at this organization.

The job allowed me to practice and implement my facilitation skills. It stretched my ability in the talent development space and afforded me the opportunity to really work in this field.

Cons

The work environment unfortunately was toxic, I was blamed for multiple things and there bias ran rampantly.
