Health Benefits are fully covered, the office space is new, the operations and facilities employees are very nice.

Cons

Oh dear where do I start? The level of education is low, and communication is terrible. Some managers are unethical and uneducated. Retaliation is real ! favoritism is at its most within MetroPlus. Family members work with each other under each other's supervision. The list goes on . Stay clear !

Good environment but complete Work overload for low pay
