Pros

City benefits are good if you are seeking long term employment

Cons

Productivity outreaches are hard. Sometimes you have to place calls for things that don’t necessary involve direct care and are making calls for the sake of getting those productivity levels up. There is expectation of roughly 3-4 hours of phone calls. I know this varies from different department but be mindful that there are certain expectations when you take this role.

It's okay if you like the city benefits. It's hybrid.

Cons

Forced to accept metroplushealth insurance as a new employee. Management and leadership is HORRIBLE. They try to intimidate staff. THE TURN OVER RATE IS THROUGH THE ROOF yet nothing is done The pay sucks. Micromanagement from leadership No room for growth. Alot of people at the top LIE.
