      I was not happy at this job therefore, I cannot think of any pros.

      Cons

      The culture environment in general is very restrictive, some of the employees have a "work in a silo mentality", city policies make it difficult to complete work when you have obstacles at every turn.

      You have the ability to work independently.

      Cons

      Upper Management doesn't validate you, doesn't pay you respectfully. MetroPlus as an entirety will look for any reason NOT to pay their staff what they're worth. There is not staff appreciation.
