      Pros

      Great Management Team, Focus a lot on Employee Morale-Monday Snacks, Salad Wednesdays, Food Friday-1st Friday of every month. Always open to suggestions from Employees. Open Door Policy from Executive Team. A lot of growing opportunities within the company.

      I have nothing to complain about. I am very happy with MetroStar Systems.

      There are some great projects coming in to work on and a lot of passionate people.

      Cons

      You may have to put in extra hours depending on project schedules.

      Pros

      Snacks on Mondays, Salads on Wednesdays, Lunch every first Friday, running and biking trails and an amazing community. Most especially working with the Zoomph team, which came out of MetroStar Systems is one of the most innovative startups in DC has been a pleasure to work with.
