      Pros

      I did learn a lot at this job. Mostly how horrible they treat people.

      Cons

      The contract I was on, employees were in and out like a revolving door. Everyone was looking for a new job. Management was erratic and made many mistakes (with the clients and with employees). Management doesn't care about you, just their bottom line.

      Can be a good gig

      -vacation policy favors the employer, extreme workaholism means taking a vacation is not guaranteed. And if you don't take it, you are not compensated for it.
