      Pros

      The President and CEO are two of the best people you will ever meet. They have created a fantastic culture at MeroStar that makes every employee feel empowered make things happen. A true belief in work/life balance with a ton of social and team building activities. A real family atmosphere - no wonder it was chosen again as one of the best places to work.

      Cons

      Not a full understanding of what former senior military leaders bring to bear in the corporate world.

      Pros

      MetroStar is a great place to work for the following reasons: they have a lot of routine events such as free snacks every Monday, a Salad Bar every Wednesday for $2, Food Fridays, and a Happy Hour every month. It has a "west coast" feel. They have a program called "Sensible PTO" which allows you to take as much time off as you need (the only catch is it has to be approved by your manager). It's also a great place to grow your skills. They also have a program where they will give you $2,000 each year for training and certification exams.

      Cons

      Like any job, there will be times where you need to work extra hours (i.e. when there is a release).

      Pros

      Pizza Fridays, Wellness Wednesday, Healthy Snack Monday, Monthly Happy Hours, Company Picnic, Anniversary Breakfast, Company Holiday Party, and Amazing personalities all around. We have an awesome culture and like to engage our employees to participate in internal/external events. We were also just selected as one of the best places to work in Inc. Magazines 2017. So happy to be a part of MetroStar Systems.

      Currently I feel happy and joyful to be a part of this wonderful team.
