Pros

The President and CEO are two of the best people you will ever meet. They have created a fantastic culture at MeroStar that makes every employee feel empowered make things happen. A true belief in work/life balance with a ton of social and team building activities. A real family atmosphere - no wonder it was chosen again as one of the best places to work.

Cons

Not a full understanding of what former senior military leaders bring to bear in the corporate world.

Pros

I really enjoy the people and the diversity at MetroStar. I have coworkers that come from all over the world, and all different fields of study. I enjoy having the opportunity to work with them and learn from them. I respect the leaders of MetroStar. I see them (ali and rob) regularly and appreciate that the engage with and know employees here. I have also seen alot of internal promotions this spring showing employees are growing in their careers here.

Cons

I don't have any cons.

Pros

MetroStar is a great place to work for the following reasons: they have a lot of routine events such as free snacks every Monday, a Salad Bar every Wednesday for $2, Food Fridays, and a Happy Hour every month. It has a "west coast" feel. They have a program called "Sensible PTO" which allows you to take as much time off as you need (the only catch is it has to be approved by your manager). It's also a great place to grow your skills. They also have a program where they will give you $2,000 each year for training and certification exams.

Cons

Like any job, there will be times where you need to work extra hours (i.e. when there is a release).
