Pros

Growing tech company with an incredible work environment (not your typical boring, corporate insurance office). Fun & outgoing co-workers. Exciting product/company releases and updates. Great pay and benefits packages. Flexible work schedule (depending on role). Leadership team does a great job of updating employees with what is happening. Fun team offsites. Killer annual holiday parties. A lot of room for growth for high performers. Great opportunity to join a growing company completely turning car insurance on it's head.

Cons

None from my end. Really exciting to see where the company will be in 3-5 years after the company continues expanding into new states and improving our technology.

A vision grounded in adaptable solutions People really care about you & are genuinely interested Culture matters: game nights, movie nights, ping pong tournament. Volunteering/giving back is important and valued Management shares updates & listens to your ideas: bi-weekly all hands/surveys to gain feedback Always learning something new (we’re a start-up!) All working together towards a common goal

Cons

No 401k match or bonus. The off-set for me is that I have the ability to be an owner through our stock options which is more compelling long term.

- The whole executive team is fun and approachable - All around friendly, intelligent and down to earth co-workers - Recognition given from people in different levels/roles - Work-life balance is amazing! - Relaxed culture but everyone gets stuff done

Unfortunately, there's no 401(K) match or bonuses.
