Very questionable ethics, Management will throw you under the bus by constantly changing what they told you and blaming you so record everything, turn over is very high at this branch, pay is pretty low, favoritism amongst management, little room for growth in the company, software you will be using to run analysis within the company is horrible to use, management will like what work you've done one day and hate it the next, I think you're beginning to see a pattern with management here. if you want to work here and it's your first job, it's a job and you'll make money. if you don't mind the mundanity of it and don't question the ethics of what they're doing by all means go ahead and work here.
