      They will train you. Mostly work independently 6 paid holidays OT available easy to communicate with most leaders very supportive teammates/fellow techs Good benefits 401k w 6% company match 3 weeks PTO for Fiber techs promotion and advancement opportunities for ambitious people

      Cons

      Working outdoors in the rain, heat, and cold some customer houses are very messy growing company still experiences some growing pains sometimes difficult to meet performance metrics heavy lifting, digging with shovel, and climbing ladders (training is provided)
