      Pros

      100% employee focus, inclusion in feedback- and decision making- process. Value and celebrate every employee and their accomplishments. The leadership does make it a point to demonstrate from the top down, there are no silos we are one team. Good benefits and great career progression plan!

      Pros

      I took this role so that I could work while providing better support for my family. So far, I'm very happy with the flexibility that it's offered me and really love the team I work with. I get to work independently, but there are always teammates happily willing to answer any questions. My boss is very nice and I love that we aren't overloaded with meetings.

      Cons

      The hourly pay rate is very low for my current role and (as expected) there are no benefits or PTO. I consider the flexibility to help compensate for the low wage, though it would be nice to earn just a bit more.
