As I recent new hire with MetroNet coming from the construction side of fiber network I wanted to further my career in the management side and MetroNet allowed me to do that and has stood beside me in my learning process and has taken the time to allow me to learn and become part of the team. Not often have I heard a Manager or Cordinator say thank you and that they appreciate you. I hear that here everyday and makes a person want to do better. All the people here are great and want to see you succeed and advance. I plan on retiring here honestly.
