      Love traveling in my regional market and fixing services for company

      Cons

      For field techs, when you bring it up to them, the company says it is such a low priority, but without fail, the weekly meeting is only sell sell sell. Why are you selling more, we only care cause we want to you to make money (promotions based on sales number)

      Pros

      Everyone works as a team to get projects done. Although there my be hold ups here and there, as long as your supervisor is proactive your day to day work flows so much easier.

      Cons

      Waiting for a different department to get back with you so you can complete your job can be an issue at times.
