Pros

Metronet is a good employer with solid company culture - supervisors and managers are generally reasonable and understanding, and there is a fairly robust training program to get you started and not overwhelm you in your first few months at work.

Cons

Senior leadership doesn't seem to care about the employees, only expanding as fast and cheaply as possible. Since I have been with the company, positions have been vacated and left unfilled, employees have been fired with next to no notice, and the company's 2025 goals have still expanded massively despite no believable plan for how the employees can handle the workload.
