Down hill ride and fast.

Pros

Lots of great people and lots of chances to grow.

Cons

HR department isn't functional nor do they have any power to act. They have their employees feel out these reviews in a move to up their appearance. Management can act as they want will little fear of discipline. Low pay for several departments and constant acts that are questionable to save money.

Pros

Good training and company introduction. They have managers of different departments do essentially a show and tell to give interns more of a background on different departments within the company.

Cons

Management is a little disorganized because of quick expansions.

Pros

Very positive and growing company to work for in an exciting industry. Being newer in the company everyone has been extremely helpful and supportive. I came from a large corporation where you were just a number. MetroNet is small enough to still be personable but large enought to give you the resources and benefits needed.

Cons

growing pains...which is actually a great problem to have. We are able to solve issues in an effect manner and everyone listens to your input.
