The company knows how to take care of their employees. Every new employee gets a chance to meet with the President of the company, they have a dedicated IT Team that is quick to help you with your system issues, HR Team that walks you thru your benefits and makes sure you know about all of your options, friendly co-workers and leadership who value your insight and supports a work/life balance.

Cons

I do not have anything negative to say about MetroNet, I'm very happy where I'm at.

I've recently started at Metronet. Very clean, and friendly work environment. User friendly computer software, always up to date on any changes in the work place and exceptional training for new employees. As well as great benefits. The company is growing and plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Lots of Acronyms, though that is something that will be picked up with time. And that is in any work place.
