Pros
The company takes pride in hiring intelligent, kind, hard working individuals to help maintain this amazingly cooperative culture that is enjoyable to work at day in and day out. Everyone, especially senior management, is genuinely a kind and caring person that cares about their customers, the company and the employee's happiness. It is a fast growing company that wants to do well by the customers and continue to maintain the small company feel where you are treated as in an individual no matter how large it gets. Because it is growing so fast, there are unlimited opportunities to get into different areas, develop yourself to do whatever it is you are wanting to do within the company.
Cons
Because it has grown so much in a short period of time, there can be moments of chaos when things were overlooked but these moments are short lived. I consider it just a facet of a rapidly growing company and expect those things to occur so it doesn't bother me because everyone works together to prevent the same mistakes from happening in the future.
