Pros
Metronet is family oriented and hold family values. They understand when personal issues arise and are willing to work with you to resolve them. They trust their employees so micromanagement is not an issues unless you give them a reason to loose their trust in you.
Cons
They are a small company that is growing too fast... One of the CEO's and owners favorite saying is, "If you love your job then money isn't as important." They are the lowest paying company in the Telecommunications field when comparing to similar positions in the same area.
