Pros
Decent starting pay, some bonuses, and a small commission on upgrades or extender sales. The other Techs are great and will help if in need (but they need management permission to help)
Cons
The fiber runs are long, the terminal to the home could be 8 utility poles long with a rear easement, so you have to go to every pole with unkempt yards. They only care about the upgrades or extender sales. You can be the top-performing tech but if you don't make sales they won't promote. Management will leave you in the wind, they will send techs home even when you have asked for help.
