      Pros

      All pros, some things like the culture, the training and the benefits are intentional by the company, other things like the team, the people and relationships I have gained since starting are not intentional. Intentional or not they are all why I enjoy working here. The first company that touts a commonsense approach to doing business and I have seen it in practice.

      Cons

      I have no complaints; some days are better than others as is the way with any work, but anything I see as a flaw or would call a con within Metronet.
