1. Each manager, director, VP is someone’s friend from somewhere else. Unless you plan on kissing so much tail that you have a permanent brown stain on your lips, you will not move up. 2. The pay plan has become so incredibly terrible that you should make sure to plan on most of your bills being late every month. This is a guarantee. 3. The commission payroll department has had 3 different people doing the job in the span of 1.5 years. It is such a garbage, disorganized, cluster of a commission system that they will forget to pay you thousands of dollars a year. Not $1000, but 5-7-10k and tell you they can’t do anything about it. 3. Management is so deep into drinking the corporate kool aid they all have type 2 diabetes. They will mess with your pay plan and tell you it’s better for you with a smile. 4. They company seems to have overextended themselves on expansion and growth. It’s like watching a 14 year old kid that was 5’6 at the start of the summer grow to 6’1 and forget how to walk. It’s bad.

The management was iffy and some times unprofessional
