Pros

benefits, on-hand help, and coworkers are outgoing.

Cons

Can be toxic, lacks updated resources to resolve issues, a lot of protocols that can prevent you from resolving issues quickly for customers, and this job isn't for everyone and can be super stressful at times, if you have a bad call you have to just deal with it and be ready for the next call. Training just gets you by with the basics but you have to learn on the go with experience. Even though there is a page to resolve certain issues, it is outdated. lacks work/life balance. The schedule you get, you are stuck with and there is a waitlist to change, you can switch schedules with someone but that is only if they want to trade.

Pros

MetroNet was immediately welcoming and has allowed me to train and ease into the role, while contributing quickly. There is a sense of collaboration and creativity, welcoming new ideas, all backed by a clear understanding of proven processes and technology. I fully expect to find opportunities, to learn and grow for many years along with this company.

Cons

This is a rapidly growing company with ambitious goals and lot of different endeavors underway. One could thrive here, but others might be easily overwhelmed and feel lost.

Pros

colleagues are chill fairly laid back and repetitive they do not ever review calls, so you can do whatever you want and issue whatever credits you feel

Cons

no room for growth mandatorily locked to the department for 12 months before you can apply to others internally MANDATORY OVERTIME mandatory holiday work, WORKED CHRISTMAS DAY TILL 1 AM Angry customers and have to navigate higher ups in order to approve truck rolls even when it's an obvious problem, and if we're slow you may spend up to an hour troubleshooting with floor support with the poor customer waiting for you to correspond with your colleague on Microsoft teams
