      Pros

      This company strives to show its employees they are valued, and it shows. Benefits here are excellent! Work life balance is valued and attainable in most departments. MetroNet is a fast paced, growing environment. There is plenty of opportunity to be involved in implementation of new processes to accommodate an evolving organization.

      Cons

      Growing expectations within a role does not equal greater financial compensation. My role has developed drastically within the last couple of years, but the pay scale has remained the same.
