      This is a growing company; a dynamic environment. Cost of living is moderate in Evansville, and it's a short commute.

      Cons

      Technical; a lot to learn to keep up and stay abreast of evolving fiber optics technologies.

      Pros

      Good pay, some really good people and a good place to work. Supervisor doesn't constantly look over your shoulder. Wish I hadn't left.

      Cons

      There is too much assumption that a new supervisor knows what he should be doing. Just because the employee says he was a good supervisor in a previous job, doesn't mean he actually was.
