      Pros

      Outstanding organizational culture, supports a healthy work-life balance, flexibility offered with hybrid and remote positions, excellent pay and benefits, opportunities to advance and grow your career. There are so many great things about the company, it's hard to list them all. I have never felt like just a number or just another employee. Honestly, it was all a bit shocking to realize that a company can care as much about their people, as Metronet does. They are a unicorn.

      Cons

      Lots of virtual meetings because the company is in so many states and many associates are remote.

      Metronet is a fast growing company. There are many opportunities to advance and grow your career here. They offer training opportunities to support your growth personally and professionally. The benefits are competitive and they offer a great 401K match. The culture is built on taking care of each other. The recruitment process is easy, the candidate experience is great and onboarding is superb!

      Pros

      At Metronet, most people are here for each other. The environment is supportive and encouraging. It is amazing to be part of something new. It is all about creating, building and pushing forward, constantly.

      Cons

      Sometimes the sense of urgency is intensive and the pressure of constantly growing isn't for everyone. You have to find satisfaction in your work if you want to be successful here.
