      Pros

      The workload is fair, communication is good and the people that work here that I have exposure to (sales) are a pretty good group to work with. Compensation is on par for the position and size of the company.

      Cons

      Haven't experienced any downside personally but as we all know in this industry that is subject to change with larger companies.
