Pros

Pay was good while joining, but barely any hike afterwards.

Cons

Heavy selective favouritism - only the select few favourites of the management gets to enjoy their life. Unequal treatment - Again, a lot of discrimination within the team. Policies apply only for the ones who they wish to trouble at their will. Horrible management - Senior Management is biased and if you confront, they will make sure to make your life hell. There is almost no HR policies or way to approach employee issues professionally in the Bangalore office. No work life balance - they ask you to come to office in person even if your job function is overlapping with the standard US working hours. They expect you to be available for 2 shifts basically, one in office even if your work is at night with the US team and ofcourse during the actual work in the night time. Unproductive work opportunities - even direct managers do not care for innovation or scope of curiosity let alone the seniors. They treated us like robots, just do what is told, no need to make use of your brain or come up with better ideas because that will hurt their egos. Highly disappointing experience, will never recommend anyone working here.
