Poor Management, horrible leadership and lies

Pros

The physicans are true to their patients and love what they do! Compassion fist and most employees are there because they love caring for all kids who come thru the door. Physicans will call any hour day or night when your child is in true need of medical help and make parents feel at ease. The company itself tries hard to keep up with new technology offering online services and continually making changes to help patients in a fast paced society.

Cons

Management it horrible! They are never there when they should be,praise employees who have poor communication skills, and ignore problems because they don't have an easy fix. Management only listens to what they want and twists everything around to benefit them self. Employees who truly work hard and put in there all are not appreciated and made to look like they are incompetent of their roles. They change clinic hours and implement many new ideas before actually running thru them to see if they will work and give employees a few days notice but expect you to be 100% on board without any question. They can be direct in speaking to you but when you are direct to them it's "insubordination". Pay is horrible for all the jobs you are assigned and raises are even worse. They are always concerned with saving money and running on a tight rope.

Pros

You meet some very nice people at MP. And they have a lot of great things for kids. You get to do a lot of procedures.

Cons

Things are constantly changing. There is not very much communication between management and staff. Currently understaffed but people are sent home anytime we have an extra body because they are worried about saving money, even though there is a lot of work that needs to be done. You have to work late night and weekends. The pay isn't enough for as much work as there is. There has been a more than 3 employees who have left in the past two months and they have not been replaced. Even though they have hired a new physician.

Pros

Great team, a true sense of family amongst everyone working shoulder to shoulder together. The mission and passion of the owners for the work they do is excellent! True commitment to the highest quality pediatric care is the norm here!

Cons

Physician leadership is sometimes unguided and out of touch with true day-to-day concerns of the organizations and its team members. Autonomy is rarely granted without strings, regardless of the significance of the role or the qualifications of the team members performing the duties.
