Decent pay, sucks ethics practices

The pay is ok. If you're in a management position you basically have the discretion yo do what you want.

Cons

Unions. No one knows how to interpret the rules. Alot of nepotism. Mediocre benefits for union employees. No real dental plan that anyone will take and no vision plan. The vision plan is a discount plan. You pay anything over $11. Don't expect to get a promotion if you're good at your current job.

Great job plenty of room for advancement of you choose to do so but even at the bottom the job is still rewarding

Cons

I've been there for twelve years and honestly theres really nothing to complain about you basically have to fire yourself because the job is so easy

Very stable environment in most, if not all departments. A lot of in-house training available. Tuition reimbursement is also available. Very good benefits and vacation, sick, etc.

Cons

Very slow advancement; most employees are in one position for 10+ years. Very time as opposed to task oriented; everyone uses the time clock regardless of position.
