      Pros

      My work hours were very flexible. There was virtually unlimited overtime available to anyone who wanted to work. I met a diverse group of wonderful people.

      Cons

      It was sometimes difficult to get a day off, and the working conditions were very dirty and uncomfortable at times.

      Pros

      The benefit of free train travel on NYCTA property was good.

      Cons

      Promotion rule of 1 in 3 is archaic! Does not recognize overall quality work done on a day to day basis! Did not recognize RTO workers who evacuated numerous trains during blackout and 911 incidents individually. Never thought of implementing incentive program tying on-time performance to bonuses for Train Crews.
