Pros

Free commuters pass, 3 weeks paid vacation in first year of service

Cons

No pay increase since past five years; audit department doesn't follow the organization's policies, rather keep creating their own; A junior auditor does thrice the work and the senior auditor does nothing almost and takes hefty salary; extremely hard on employees, no room for professional or personal growth, False promises regarding promotions in the interview, no training to the newly hired auditors, violates IIA standards on supervision and adequate training. CAE is a big idiot. Current CAE including the three assistant auditor generals should be thrown out ASAP; need drastic change in the management; tone at the top--highly unprofessional; bloated bureaucracy to the core. So much so much exploitation. Please please please DO NOT APPLY TO THE AUDIT DEPARTMENT OF THE MTA.
