Great teammates, Great manager/supervisor. Safety culture, Get what you need to perform duties. Profit sharing.

Cons

Traveled alot. Lots of driving. Sometimes on my own before I was ready. Not much opportunity for promotion for a technician. Very corporate. Profit sharing for technicians does not come close to what management gets.
