Pros

Your on campus so it's nice creating a relationship with the students and teachers.

Cons

Management was HORRIBLE. David Solomon is, hands down, one of the worst Management leaders I've ever been under. Sadly the human resources team is of no help. Even more abhorrent, they play childish games that affect your money. Benefits are poor. Ability to move upward within a company again very poor. The pay is minimal.

Pros

Pay is higher than most (but it quickly becomes evident why)

Cons

'Management' for me was a millennial who could double as "Pat" from the SNL skits with fewer problem-solving abilities. Truly a horrific experience like none other. Literally sickening.
