Pros

Family atmosphere, supportive, good pay, schedules. Excellent during Covid and all types of family events. Training and upward mobility is always present

Cons

Foodservice at medical facilities and schools isn't the best quality. It is often cafeteria food.

Pros

If you work for schools you get laid off and enjoy the summer with you family.

Cons

Working multiple 14 day straight shifts. In the past I worked 40+ days straight with out a single day of time off. Hourly employees get treated like trash. all the management and hirer ups have a little boys club that you'll never enter who think they're are better than everyone else. There's constant lies about benefits and what's available to you. The hr department is horrible. The recipe book they use tastes like trash. I could go on for hours
