Pros

Time off, family feeling, progressive services, great pay and benefits. Free meals good colleagues to rely on. Mainly daytime hours.

Cons

Slow direction, still shaking the newness off. Training needs to be a priority not a afterthought. Really long days in the beginning of semesters

Pros

Chef's and Managers are afforded decent level of autonomy and independence as long as client is kept happy. CEO and company founder genuinely care about managers and visit accounts.

Cons

Corporate support is sometimes lacking. Pay is below industry standards Corporate programs are constantly changing and have little basis in actual industry needs.
